Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to adjust "date" data to foreign client's timezone ?

Hi

I have several 11GR2 oracle instances hosted in the same node, for different clients in different countries.

My question is how to adjust date information to client's timezone without modifying the application code?

could u please advise ?
