Saudi Legislation and payroll on 12.2

I want to Install Saudi Legislation on 12.2 instance. I installed the hrglobal.drv but still i can't see the changes in my instance as required. Can anyone guide how to set up my 12.2 instance for Saudi Legislation and payroll.
