Invalid packages after applying R12.1.3 RUP1 patch 17774755 with DB 10g

We are on 10.2.0.4  and R12.1.3 of EBS. After applying all the pre-patch, RUP1 patch and post-patches, we have several invalids.  I tracked most of them down to the fact that we are at db verison 10g.  I did find patches to resolve some of them. Do I need to cut SRs for all the others?

Here's the listing of the invalids. I have also attached a spreadsheet with these invalids, what the error is and what fix to do, if I found one.
