install oracle database 11g on linux 6.4    getting following error

This is a prerequisite condition to test whether the package "libstdc++-devel-4.4.4 (x86_64)" is available on the system. (more details)

Expected Value

: libstdc++-devel(x86_64)-4.4.4

Actual Value

: missing

On my linux box i running the following

[root@jamaicaman1 Downloads]# yum install libstdc++-devel-4.4.4-13.el6.x86_64.rpm

Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit, security

Setting up Install Process

Examining libstdc++-devel-4.4.4-13.el6.x86_64.rpm: libstdc++-devel-4.4.4-13.el6.x86_64

libstdc++-devel-4.4.4-13.el6.x86_64.rpm: does not update installed package.

Error: Nothing to do

[root@jamaicaman1 Downloads]# rpm -i libstdc++-devel-4.4.4-13.el6.x86_64.rpm
