Why is the Planned effort field on the task always considering 24 Hrs as 1 Day rather it should cons

Hi All,

Why is the Planned effort field on the task always considering 24 Hrs. as 1 Day rather it should consider 1 Day based on the assigned technician shift timing.? Is there anyway to achieve the same?

If I enter Schedule Start Date - 16-Sep-2014 8:00:00 & Schedule End Date - 16-Sep-2014 16:00:00, where the assigned technician shift timing is 8 HRS, the planned Effort is changing to 0.33 Days which is incorrect.
