How to Remove inacitve P-Card account from iexpense

Our users have replaced P-Cards due to fraud. New cards were issued, and old cards were changed to deactivated. However, when filing iExpense P-card report, the old cards are still showing up as an entry in the dropdown list for selection. Is there a way to remove it from the list?
