FAILED: file CLEF078_FATHTRIG.sql on worker 1

Hello Everyone,

I am seeking assistance with an issue I am working on...here are the details:

In the middle of applying patch r 18013262 (Generic). It crashes with error message: FAILED: file CLEF078_FATHTRIG.sql on worker 1. 

There is package CLE_F078_FA_CHMATE_PKG. It is invalid, I cannot compile it nor manually.
Error(112,3): PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
Error(147,10): PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "FM"."JP_IMP_CALC_BASIS_FLAG": invalid identifier

This column really does not exist in the table fa.fa_methods.


Had the customer do the following:

Do a describe on the FA_METHODS table and check if the following column exists:
