How to give Permission on account for a user on one module only

Hi All,

we have one requirement where a customer has requested to provide a solution on the account access.

Here is the statement made by customer,which is not clear for me:

I am a DBA and there are many developers in my company. Could I achieve the following target?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

<wbr>Developer "A" is responsible for "FA" module - Only I can login "APPS" account. I will create another account for developer "A". This new account can only handle "FA" jobs and cannot handle the other modules.

<wbr>Developer "B" is responsible for "AP" module - Only I can login "APPS" account. I will create another account for developer "B". This new account can only handle "AP" jobs and cannot handle the other modules.
