translate rate is not right

i want to translate the balance from HDK to CNY,and i have set the ledger option use XDAD_Spot as default period end rate type,

then in daily rate window also maintain the rate HKD to CNY ,

after run translate, i found the rate is not right , it does not use XDAD_Spot rate, but use the Corpration rate?

any idea?
