FSG Report issue

Hi,

We are facing issues with FSG report output in Excel. The report output if fine when it is opened in PDF and XML but when we open the output in Excel only the template is printed and not the actual data. The issue is only in Production and not replicated in Test or Dev instances.

Any help is much appreciated.
