Issue While Applying Patch - 18004477 Release 12.1 HRMS RUP7

Problem Description

We have been facing the following issue while applying patch 18004477 Release 12.1 HRMS RUP7.

1) AC-50480: Internal error occurred: java.lang.Exception: Error while generating listener.ora.

Error generating tnsnames.ora from the database, temporary tnsnames.ora will be generated using templates

To resolve this issue we followed Oracle (Doc ID 1089036.1).

as per Oracle (Doc ID 1089036.1) we run the autoconfig the above issue fixed after that we faced

2) ERROR at line 1:

ORA-29874: warning in the execution of ODCIINDEXALTER routine

ORA-29960: line 1,

DRG-10595: ALTER INDEX JTF_AMV_ITEMS_URL_CTX failed

DRG-10758: index owner does not have the privilege to use file or URL datastore
