Invoice Amount to be split into 2 parts in AR Interface

Hello,

I have got the following requirement:

The client is supposed to pay the invoice amount as per the payment term (10% Retention and 90% on immediate basis). The amount retained by the customer (10%) is payable after 6 months.

Is it possible to split the total invoice amount in 2 parts i.e. 90% Invoice with payment term as Immediate and 10% of the invoice for 6 months. In other words can we split the invoice amount in the AR Interface to convert the 90% bill into standard AR invoice and balance 10% into a Debit Memo ?. The debit memo and invoice should be booked under different natural account heads.
