Can we enable tax for standared Receipt?

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

There are some standard receipts we need to calculate taxes like Stamp Duty etc. Hence Are there any possibility to enable tax on standard receipt? Further Tax code tab is also available in that standard receipt window.
