How to transfer related goods to a different location

In a situation where we issue finished goods to the customer, we need to capture the transfer of related goods to a different location.(We do a Order Management implementation to a liquor selling company in that case finished goods are identified as liquor bottles and related goods means the empties which can be reused). In this situation we need to transfer the empties to a different location where we can get information on frequent movements in empty bottles,how can we do this????
