Is Oracle Enterprise Data Quality OEDQ 12.1.3 supported with Siebel UCM 8.2.2 ?

Background:

We have installed Siebel UCM 8.2.2.4. Now we need to integrate Siebel UCM 8.2.2.4 with EDQ (Oracle Enterprise Data Quality).

We have some questions about this integration:

1. We need to install EDQ 12.1.3 (Weblogic + Oracle Database)

2. After that we need to install EDQ-CDS 11.1.1.7.4 for EDQ 12.1.3

3. Then we must install EDQ Siebel Connector 11.1.1.7.3 for EDQ 12.1.3 and Siebel UCM 8.2.2.4.

Question:

Are this EDQ Siebel Connector 11.1.1.7.3 compatible with Siebel UCM 8.2.2.4?
