Credit Card Collection Receipt Method

Hello Everyone, We have created credit card collection receipt method.in receivable, but after creation this receipt when we queried system is not showing and we are getting an error as " APP-AR-11279: This combination of receipt method and account already exists. Can pls advice why system is not displaying this receipt method. What could be the reason..?
