Is there a concurrent program to run after uploading a Project cost budget to Oracle Project

I have just uploaded approved project cost budget spreadsheet in to Oracle Project. The upload showed it has been uploaded successfully  but checking Oracle Project, no budget data found. Is there a concurrent program to run after uploading a Project cost budget to Oracle Project to import the budget data from the interface table?
