Depreciation Calculation start date

Hi JDE's,

We are going to set up a FA module for a company which the depreciation date is the start date of an assets.

Based on my knowledge, the system will start the calculation from the beginning of the start date month regardless of the date it self!!

e.g. Start date is 10 June 2014 and the cost is 36000 $ for 36 month ...

then the first amount will be ==> (10/30)*(36000/36) =  333.34 $ for June ;

then 1000 $ for the rest of months and

the last month will be (20/30)*(36000/36) = 666.66   ???

So, is it possible to set it up to start the calculation from the exact start depreciation date?
