Toggle Applet based on Calculated Field Not Getting refresh on UI. About View shows correct Applet N

In Open UI I have a Toggle Applet based on Calculated Field. The Applet gets toggled when I click on New Record as record is created and toggle Field (calculated) gets the value. The Calculated Field gets the value from Parent BC using Link Specification. The Applet is getting toggled properly as when I check About View I can see the Toggled Applet Name but the same is not getting displayed in the View. Same configuration is working fine in the HI Envioronment. We are on 8.1.1.11 Environment with PatchSet 10. The WorkAround we found is when we click on
