Unable to view active assignment when using date track
Hi,
An employee had an assignment suspended on the 01/04/2010 as their position had changed from that date. Another assignment was created with the new position and made effective on the same day - this is now the active assignment.
Using the Local Administrator responsibility which has no custom security profile attached to it, the user is able to go into the person record and date track it to 01/04/2010 and is able to see both the suspended and active assignments on the assignment screen.
However, using a custom responsibility which uses a custom security profile the user is unable to see the suspended assignment and not the active assignment using the date track on the person record.
