Upgrade path to 12c

Hi,

We are currently running on the below versions on a X3-2 machine.

Exadata version - 11.2.3.3.0

CRS and DB version - 11.2.0.3

We would like to upgrade it 12c version.

Exadata version - 12.1.1.1.1

CRS  - 12.1.0.1

DB - 12.1.0.1 and 11.2.0.3

Do i need to apply any patches to IB switches, ILOM's and PDU's?
Please provide any information that other customers encountered while upgrading and also any documented procedure for upgrade process.
