Inventory transaction worker completed with error

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

I noticed that the Inventory transaction worker completed with error. When I go to view log, there is nothing in the log. The view output shows the concurrent request did not create an output file. Not sure how to troubleshoot this one. I went to inventory->setup->transaction-> interface manager and the material transaction is showing active.

What others can cause this? How should this be started again? Please advise. Thank you very much.
