Loading currency rate from EBS to ARM

In Chapter 12 of FCM Admin Guide (11.2.3.500), under "Managing System Settings", "Defining Rate Types", it stated that:

     Source System—

     If importing currency rates from FDMEE, select the Source System; for example, Oracle GL.

Does this mean that we can import currency rates from EBS GL into ARM (arm_currency_rates table)?

If so, then how?

In ARM, we have set up a rate type with "Source System" set to EBS GL and "Source System Rate Type" set to "Period End".

In "Manage -> System Settings -> Currency -> Rate Type tab", in the "From FDMEE" column, we see a check mark.
