Error setting MOS preferred credential (12.1.0.2.0)

What communication ports on EM host are used for MOS functionality?


"Unable to complete network operation against My Oracle Support. Please check network connectivity to Oracle Support Site." is gotten from EM GUI after attempting to set MOS preferred credentials.  I've validated those credentials repeatedly and found they are correct.
