Behavour of site usage in Contact center address tab and in Customer standard

Hello,

Wanted to know how the address usage in address tab of contact center gets defauled to Customer standard page in oracle receivables.

Ex: I create a new customer with address an usage as Bill to, Ship to and Residential. Create an SR for this customer and submitted charges for this customer.

See that in Customer standard only Bill to ,Ship to usage came over. Residential site usage didn't came over.

When i added the Residential site used through the accounts tab in Contact center. This new site use got added in the customer standard.

Want to know why this site usage didn't come over when charge lines got interfaced to Order Management.
