Voiding a Future Dated Recurring Voucher

Invoice was recycled to create voucher with a date in the future of 11/1/14 and posted to the GL to period 11/2014 (W0411A)

The contract/lease was cancelled, so the voucher needs to be deleted/voided. User cannot change the GL date on the above screen.

Click on “Delete” to void the voucher - GL date shows on the next screen (W0411C) with today’s date and is input-inhibited.

This would create a void in the current period instead of on period 11, when the voucher was originally posted to the GL.

How can we get the deletion program to put in the same date that was on the Voucher, or allow the date to be entered by the user on the P0411/W0411C?
