Not able to view RPM option in task drop down in RPM application

Hi,

I am facing a new kind of issue in our RPM 13.2.5 application .

The RPM option is not available in task drop down in the RPM application screen .So we are not able to view any RPM application.

.We did a database refresh after which this issue started occurring .

But we have done many times refresh and this is the first time we are facing this kind of issue .

Can anyone help me on this .Thanks in advance
