Question on Scrambling data - best practices

Just like to know your thoughts 

What are the HR good practices to scramble DOB, Home address and Current Salary? 

DOB – 09/06/1976 –what algorithm should be used to change it?  

DOB – 09/06/1976 – transformed date -- ??? 

Home Address – 

30 Walstreet, 14th Floor 

New York, NY 10004 

Transformed Address –??? 

Salary – let us say 200K 

Transformed Salary - ???

 

Any sharing of script would be really appreciated...
