Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 1 Payment method is missing from list of values while creating manual receipt. Bank branch is active

one payment method is missing from list of values while creating manual receipt.

Bank branch mapped to that payment method is also active. Please advise what could be the issue. (we are still using oracle 11.5.10.2)
