11i forms not accesable from windows 8.1 on chrom or IE 11 browser.

Dear All,

we have ebs 11i (11.5.10 ) and want to access by client side on browser chrom or internet explorer 11.

we have windows 8.1 but when we open any form it gives the following error.


dev60cgi/oracle/apps/fnd/formsClient/FormsLauncher.class


i have installed jinitiator but problem is not solved.


Please provide the solution,
