How to remove rows in CE_HEADER_INTERFACE_ERRORS?

How to remove rows in CE_HEADER_INTERFACE_ERRORS & CE_LINE_INTERFACE_ERRORS tables?
When running the program Archive/Purge Bank the Open Interface records have been removed but the records in the CE_HEADER_INTERFACE_ERRORS & CE_LINE_INTERFACE_ERRORS remain. If rows in these tables have been populated but a seeded program, would not be a bug that there is not a way of removing these rows except running a datafix?
