Preview PDF-The file is corrupted and could not be repaired

For some strange reason we have started to receive "There was an error opening the document. The file is corrupted and could not be repaired" when users try and view concurrent request.

I thought this was down to me editing the template (changing the wording in the header). However I tried a previous version before the edit and I still receive the same error. On the EBS Suite and a standalone pc. I have tried different versions of PDF i.e foxit reader 5.1.4 ,6.1.2.1224 Adobe 11 etc. BI Publisher 11.1.1 and 11.1.3. I am at a total loss.

Hope there is someone out there who can help
