Permission of oracle binary in $ORACLE_HOME/bin in RAC

Hello,

Please suggest what permission should be given to oracle binary in $ORACLE_HOME/bin .Should this be assigned superuser privilege and if we run root.sh in grid does that fix this permission issue ?
