What should be the tax date for Credit memo from RMA

Hi,

I have an requirement that when credit memo or debit memo is entered for RMA, system should calculate tax reversal based on actual tax calculated on original invoice date and not on credit memo issue date. Is this standard feature. If not is there any workaround
