Tools to monitor Enterprise Performance

Hello,

What tools people are using to monitor the performance of E1. Server manager provides some limited capability. I would like to know more about following

1. If any of the server's( App/webBSSV/RTE) memory/CPU is pegged

2. If I wanted to see the diagnostic information about UBE/interactive application?

3. If a user is running a interactive process that's taking time. If yes, where is it taking time ( web/logic or at DB level).

4. Some alerting capabilities etc.

In coloborate-14, I heard they were pushing Enterprise Manager, which is quite expensive and not sure if it does what I need
