Collect additional attributes using Legacy collections into ASCP

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

We have a requirement where we need to collect custom attribute information for items as well as locations from flat files into ASCP.

Initially, I thought of making use of attribute columns in msc_system_items(attr1, attr2, attr3,...), but these columns are not available in the staging table msc_st_system_items.

Hence, I cannot change the item.dat and its control file to collect this additional attribute information.

Can anyone please suggest the best way of collecting this supplementary data into ASCP.
