Do you track EV of programs in project performance for fully shared projects based on financial % co

Hi All,

Do you use program management for fully shared projects? (ie linking the projects to the program under  Financial Tasks page > Task Details page > Setup tab then linked sub-project; and setting the structure as fully shared)

If so, do you use the financial percent complete directly to enter the progress at the projects level (financial > Percent Complete) and generate the Earned Value based on these figures at the projects levels?

When the project performance is refreshed, the figures should show under Project > Performance : Earned Value region in the Project Performance page.

But, the financial percent complete is not getting rolled up at the program level and therefore here is no EV rolled up in the project performance at the program level.
