Create Tax code and Tax rate using REIM user interface

Hi All,

Haw can I create Tax Code and Tax Rate using REIM user interface?

When I create an invoice the only Tax Code visible is Tax Code = C with Tax Rate = 10.

For our foreign suppliers we will like to have a zero rate Tax Code.

How can I do that without updating VAT_CODES and VAT_CODE_RATES tables?
