RMS to RPM

Hi,

I'm new to the Oracle retail MOM and still just getting used to it.

I have succesfully created a few items on RMS. But i'm not able to look up the item number on RPM. I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong or there was an issue in the installation. Please let me know your thoughts on this or guide me through any doc that may help me out.

I use the RMS 13.2.
