Mobile Field Wireless system timing out in the middle of a debrief

Our technicians are having an issue with the system timing out in the middle of a debrief causing debrief errors. Is there anything we can do to keep it from doing so? They log in and out between jobs so it is a fresh login session that is behaving this way.
