WLS cluster questions

Hi experts,

soon we are going to implement WLS/SOA cluster in 5 servers, what is best way to achieve clustering for WLS.

we have enough memory and high end servers.

here is my options,need expers suggestions.

1)we have 5 physical servers,create 1 admin node/node manager  in server1 and remain 4 physical server create managed servers under one domain.

question: when installing managed server and admin node in server, do i need to go with shared storage across 5 servers and do the password less login(SSH)..?

2)install weblogic binaries 5 physical servers and create admin server and create managed servers/add machines and then add all servers to cluster then pack and unpack.?
