Question about NLS install

Hi

On EBS environment (fresh install),we want to install multiple languages

1、 English 2、German 3、Chinese(Simple Chinese , Traditional Chinese) 4、Portuguese  5、Spanish  6、French

My question is

1.if we install all the languages at a time,then if any program conflict exist,and will garbled characters be generated in database?

2.if we installed all these languages above to our environment,then Are there any performance issue?

3.After we install all these languages,what test we need to do to confirm if it has been successfully installed?
