WMS Version 12.1.3.

After upgrading from release 11 to release 12 we’ve been experiencing an issue where items will suddenly show NULL values on the material workbench (see attached photo.) The null values show in all three Availability fields – but the on-hand quantities are unaffected. (I assume this means something is affecting quantity tree but I do not know enough about QT to say for sure.)

We have NOT been able to re-produce this issue in our test environment (even though it was copied from production after the upgrade to R12.) However, warehouse operators who deal with this error in production gave use this scenario as the cause:
