ovmclient.jks missing after installation

Hi.

I am very new to Oracle VM, but we would like to support this virtualization platform for our Java application and Oracle database.

I am installing the latest OVM Manager 3.3.1 on OEL 6.5 64-bit guest running on VMware.

After a lot of struggle and bumping up the memory to 10 GB!!! just to perform the install (where documentation says that 8GB is required!), I have run into the issue of the missing ovmclient.jks file (DOC ID 1924370.1).

This is not an upgrade though, but problem looks exactly the same.

I then try to follow the (very simple) solution of running the installer again, but in upgrade mode. I am prompted for the OVM Manager database and application password - which I set as the global password during installation - but now the "upgrade" exits saying "Invalid Oracle VM Manager Database Credentials... Exiting upgrade process." And yes, it is the password that I used in the first place, but now it is not accepted ...!?!?!?

Howdy, Stranger!
