Preferred credentials for target type Oracle Authorization Policy Manager

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

Hi, I need to remove host named credentials but they are supposedly set as preferred for target type Oracle Authorization Policy Manager. Needless to say no such target type exist, probably some leftover form previous versions of OEM. I tried emcli hoping it will be smarter but 

emcli clear_default_pref_cred -set_name="H-OEM" -target_type="Oracle Authorization Policy Manager"

results in

java.lang.Error: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20233: Invalid target type Oracle Authorization Policy Manager
ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_CREDENTIAL", line 1366
ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_CREDENTIAL", line 2284
ORA-06512: at line 1

OEM 12.1.0.4. Any workaround ideas?
