Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there any provision within Oracle EBS to handle absence cashout?

We have a client requirement whereby business plan to introduce leave cashout at the end of each year.

The employees can choose to either carry over their accrued leaves(subject to a max.) OR choose to sell their accrued annual leaves.

Is there a provision within Oracle to handle the absence cashout option?

please advise.
