Taxes not calculating when Application/Event class is used on supporting modules

Hi

We've noticed taxes are not being calculated on either Quotes or Order Management modules when tax rules contain application (receivables) and event class (invoice or credit memo). The taxes are being calculated correctly when transactions transferred to AR.

Does anyone aware of such bugs and help resolve it.
