EBS Upload Local Forecast is taking longer after upgrade to 7.3.1.5

What do we need to look for if our EBS Upload Local Forecast is taking longer after we upgraded to 7.3.1.5. It took 15 minutes before and now its up to 1 hour. We already re-org the sales_data and mdp_matrix tables to no avail.

Is there somewhere we can see where the bottleneck is happening?
