Solaris 11 OPS Center Agent Controller without IPS

Hi, I need to know if it is possible to download and install an Agent Controller (i.e.: .zip file) for Solaris 11 SPARC without use IPS (Image Packing System)?

In other words, only using IPS I can install the Agent Controller for Solaris 11?

The reason of the question is that this Solaris 11 doesn't reach Internet and we have not a IPS repository implemented yet.
