JAS server "Discovery package"

Hi,

1_while message "Discovery package" diplay on JAS server, I means while JAS discover and serializing object:

.what happend from user side?can login? can't log in?

.what happend from JAS server side? this process take one timne only? or several time is discovering package?


2_ this message "Discovery package" display but nobody install package at this date/time, so:

.could be tables with wrong status of package on deployment server? and JAS server is out of sinch? and notice a new package detected and start the serialization, .., ...?

.what could be the reason JAS server show message "Discovery package" ?
